Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the construction sector.
- This role requires a proactive individual who can drive sales growth, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and effectively manage a sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Reporting and Analysis : Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges. Utilize CRM software to manage and document sales activities.
Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience :
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of the construction industry and market dynamics.
