Manager - Sales - Construction & Mining (3-6 yrs)
1. Follow Sales processes/ SHARP Sales Process.
2. Ensure that Dealers' sales margins are retained by the Dealership as per Commercial Policy.
3. Develop strong business relationship with Dealership Principals and Dealer's Management team and drive the sales.
4. Sales for Construction and Mining
5. Undertake Sales Review with Dealerships
6. Develop understanding on different applications of C&M through application studies and customer meetings.
7. Develop the knowledge of Dealer Sales team in construction and mining applications
8. Hand hold dealers sales team in penetrating applications and markets in territory.
