Manager - Sales - Construction Firm (8-10 yrs)
- 8 to 10 years of sales Experience is must sales of Rock breakers or from any construction heavy equipment and Relevant Industry, good sales knowledge and a go-getter attitude, check from infra equipment Dealers.
Educational Qualification :- B-Tech or BE/Optional: MBA in Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for leading sales and driving profitable growth
- Developing and Implementing Attachment sales strategies, setting sales targets for the dealers and driving the dealers to achieve revenue and profit goals.
- Responsible for analyzing market trends, identify new business opportunities and developing ecosystem to drive Attachment business growth.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including Major Accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product sales teams to develop effective sales campaigns and ensure product offerings meet customer needs.
- Training and Mentoring of dealer sales team, providing ongoing support to improve their sales skills
- Expertise in forecasting, budgeting and reporting in optimizing the Attachment sales processes.
- Analytics skills and able to drive intelligent inferences to take informed decisions in driving the Attachments sales.
- New Attachments launch strategies and implementation capabilities
