Manager - Sales - Construction/Engineering/Cement Metals (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and achieve sales objectives.
Target Setting : Set challenging yet achievable sales targets for the team, taking into account market trends, competition, and the organization's growth goals.
Sales Forecasting : Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to forecast future sales and develop action plans accordingly.
Requirements :
Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree in business administration is a plus .
Experience : Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role. Previous experience in the same industry or related field is advantageous.
Sales Skills : Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing skills.
Leadership Abilities : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and information effectively.
Analytical Thinking : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales trends and opportunities.
Result-Driven : A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
