- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant Commercial real estate experience preferably from

reputed Property Consultant background overall

- Having work experience in Bangalore CRE market for at least 3-5 years in this field

- Adequate process knowledge of how Commercial deals work and their dynamics

- Should be fluent in communications with Corporates and possess grip in local language as a locational advantage

- Should be smart, proactive, possess ownership in initiating deals and closing them single handedly

- Should possess in-depth market knowledge and ample hands on experience in gathering property supplies within Bangalore City and NH limits

- Should conduct constant market research and eager to travel within Bangalore geography to enhance and maintain property supplies

- Expected to close transactions with clients and owners/landlords in tandem with market and business standards in line with client requirement within minimum TAT

- Will have to meet and greet connectors, brokers etc and A & B category developers/builders on regular basis and empanel them to company database for long term association

- Will have to host presentations on various category property options either from Developers/Landlords side to company's internal wealth & other channels within organisation Group

- Will have to host presentations to Corporates on business proposals

- Will have to handle LOI, agreement drafting till finalization, revenue mapping and forecasting, legal and other due diligence and vetting and signing of Deals

- Must work with weekly, monthly and quarterly targets and achieve the revenue target of the Commercial team

- Should be working in full coordination with BD team, connectors, property owners and internal organisation team end to end.
