Job Overview:

The Sales Lead will steer sales efforts, drive market growth, and oversee the sales team for India and abroad. This role requires strategic leadership, strong customer relationships, and expertise in the Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Pipeline industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing sales strategies: Creating plans to increase market share, profitability, and top- line growth

- Leading a sales team: Guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets

- Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel

- Analyzing performance: Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and suggesting improvements

- Forecasting sales: Using market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals. Preparing, monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

- Identifying new opportunities: Researching and identifying new potential customers and market opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Liaising with other departments: Working with marketing and product development to ensure brand consistency.

- Developing and implementing sales procedures and policies.

- Staying up-to-date: Keeping up with new product launches and ensuring the sales team is aware

- Approving and managing client contracts

- Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.

- Creating presentation for business partners, corporate executives and share holders

Required Qualifications:

- Proven leadership and team management experience.

- Have an extensive understanding of sales funnels, processes and functions.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales goal

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
