Manager - Sales - Cold Room Refrigeration (5-11 yrs)
We have requirement for the post of Sales Manager - Cold Room Refrigeration
Essential Responsibilities :
- Responsible for assigned account and territory sales for Cold Rooms
- Regular visits to customer base including Engineering Consultants while providing technical/engineering support and product training.
- Responsible to cultivate business with new and existing customers.
- Identify new opportunities in existing and adjacent markets.
- Develop new Agents as needed to gain market coverage to meet business objectives for growth.
- Work with Management to create tools and actions for the effective promotion of the product range in the assigned market space.
Qualifications/ Requirements :
- Minimum 5 - 10 years sales experience in refrigeration
- Mechanical Engineering degree or related field of study

The position is based in the Thane
Eligibility Requirements:
Willingness to travel 50% of the time

- Bilingual; fluent in English
- Customer centric mind set, focused on building and improving customer relationships and utilizing value selling
- Commercial Refrigeration process
- Proven track record of exceeding aggressive orders / sales quotas
- Strong prospecting with a successful track record penetrating new accounts and markets
- Strategic account development capability
- Understand how to segment territory / customers and develop a logical sales plan to meet targets
- Goal oriented, high energy with strong values
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that enable working relationships externally (customers) and internally
- Ability to work across teams to utilize resources and maximize efficiency within territory
