Manager - Sales/Client Relationship & Services - IT (6-9 yrs)
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in liaising with Government Projects, understanding their unique requirements, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Navigate and manage the complexities of government projects to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Sales of IT Products & Services :
- Drive sales initiatives for IT Products & Services, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Client Services Excellence :
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, ensuring a proactive and anticipatory approach to their needs.
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional client services, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to clients' needs and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve client services and enhance the overall client experience.
Team Building & Handling :
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Provide mentorship and support for professional development to team members.
Design & Execute Business Processes :
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements.
- Design and implement effective business processes that align with client expectations while adhering to company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented processes, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
- 3 - 4 years Proven experience in liaising with Government Projects
- Current Sales of IT Products & Services
- 5 -6 years Client Services Excellence
- Knowledge of IT industry Technologies, trends and regulations.
- Demonstrated success in sales of IT Products & Services.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to design and execute business processes that meet client needs.
