Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Chillers and Heating Pumps industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, a deep understanding of HVAC systems, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Job Descriptions:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans for the HVAC Chillers and Heating Pumps sector.

- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and objectives for the team.

Customer Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

- Identify and target potential new customers in the HVAC industry.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in HVAC Chillers and Heating Pumps technology.

- Provide technical expertise to customers and address their inquiries and concerns effectively.

Sales Support:

- Work closely with the Sales Manager to prepare sales proposals and quotations.

- Assist in the negotiation and closure of sales deals.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as engineering and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.

Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.

- Analyse sales data and prepare reports to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals.

- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers and heating pumps.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.
