Experience - Min. 3 Years Experience in Construction/Mining/Heavy Earth Machinery Equipment
Qualification- Diploma/B.E (Mechanical)/M.B.A
Job Responsibilities
1. A sales manager devises strategies- and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets. He is the one who decides the future course of action for his team members.
2. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
3. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
4. Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
5. Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
6. Maintains sales staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
7. He will be responsible for selling of Complete Chicago Pneumatic Construction Equipment Products.
Skills Required
1. Candidates have experience and knowledge in B2B Sales/ Industrial Sales/Heavy machinery & equipments Sales.
2. Candidate must have good communication Skills.
3. Candidates should have experience in Team Handling.
4. Candidates should have good Problem Solving Skills.
5. Candidate should have Good computer knowledge (Ms Office, Internet etc.)
