Role Purpose Statement:
Dimensions :
To manages all aspects of sales activities for a sales force covering a large territory or market of Narrow Web Business Unit.
Main Accountabilities :

- Manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a region.
- Manages multiple areas within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each area.
- Generating revenue / sales from the key accounts on repetitive basis.
- Understand the printing needs of the customer and make proper ink recommendations
Qualifications :
- Overseeing the sale of an organization's products or services in a specified area
- Preferably Science Graduate with printing background.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and 'people skills'
- Manage the shop floor stakeholder
- Manage strict credit control and discipline at the customer end to endure long term business
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Monitor the sales of Key Accounts
- Carry out ABC analysis of customer to generate revenue
- Reviewing objectives of all external sales people in close liaison with business group heads. Reviewing training requirements as necessary
