Manager - Sales - Chemicals (5-10 yrs)
Hiring for Indian Co
Position: Sales Manager (Hydrogen Peroxide, Compressed Hydrogen Gas, Per Acetic Acid and Sodium Perborate.
Reports to: Head -Marketing
Role Dimensions :
- Budgeting and meeting the sales targets.Business development and planning Marketing and new product launchin Identifying the market for enhancing the sale Achieving the sales target and receivables Independently handling of Customers / Distributors Technical support to the clients.
- Collecting the information about the competition movement in the market Liaisoing with Companies customers and agents all over India
- Verification of Excise Registers. Verification and Signing of Tax Invoice. Liaison with Excise and GST Authorities.
- Managing the daily dispatch schedule. Arrangement of transporter for material dispatches.
- Compilation of Statutory Audit / Internal Audit and review and implementation of Internal Auditors report findings.
- Good knowledge of ERP system
- Implementation and compliance of QMS ISO 9001:2008, EMS ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, EnMS 50001:2011, GHG ISO 14064:2006, RC 14001:2013 in the department and monitor the effectiveness of the same.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5 - 10 years of work experience in a Company having the turnover base of at least Rs.100 Crores.
- Co-ordinating with all the department and division heads to operate within the commercial authorities -vested in them by the Organization.
- Experience preferably in the Manufacturing Industry. Exposure to local GST Laws.
- Analytical bent of mind who through sheer analytics can add value to the business performance.
Age : 30 to 35 years.
Ideally: B.Sc. / BE (Chemical)with MBA.
