Manager - Sales - Chemical Manufacturing (3-10 yrs)
Provides leadership and management of the Chemical Manufacturing businesses.
This includes leadership on business strategy, development and delivery of annual budget and strategic plan, monthly S&OP process and financial reconciliation, sales and marketing plans, and business guidance to the manufacturing operations
- Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives for products and services
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
- Identify growth opportunities
- Manage tactical implementation of pricing and volume ensuring accurate forecasts
- Ensure effective management of customer relationships
- Build strategic customer relationships with senior management
- Responsible for accurate financial forecasting
- Develop, prioritize and support customers through account plans and growth strategies.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness
- Drive responsible care and product stewardship initiatives
Salary : 25-35 + Allowances
