Manager - Sales - Chemical (6-12 yrs)
a) Sales budgeting, periodic forecasting and providing medium-term sales outlook to senior management as & when required.
b) Meeting annual revenue targets, market penetration KRAs and planned business growth in key customer segments.
c) Maintaining smooth relationships at operational levels at key customer accounts and build client loyalty.
d) Initial troubleshooting of complaints reported by customers and provide critical inputs and feedback on a real-time basis to Technical Services.
e) Build and maintain an efficient and proactive market intelligence system/network to provide the company with a definite competitive edge.
f) Handling select customer accounts of Organic Chemicals or Coating chemical businesses may also be if required, an added responsibility.
g) If the candidate meets or exceeds performance requirements in the first couple of years, he/she may be considered for handling overseas client accounts
