Manager - Sales/Channel Development - IT (7-20 yrs)
Report to :
- Report to the Senior Sales Manager.
Company Background : Numerical Analytics Instruments Pvt. Ltd. - IT Company totally focusing on computational analytics technologies. Well known market leading products- Numerical Analytics is the sole authorized distributor for Texas Instruments, EViews and NVivo in India. Numerical Analytics is part of the Statworks Group based out of Malaysia and Singapore. There are two main divisions- which are Analytics Solutions Division and Education Technology Division.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Consistently deliver results by growing existing partner revenue each quarter
- Work with our Channels to identify and develop new cross-sell opportunities for current customers and up-sell opportunities with new customers.
- Manage partner relationship with the present clients.
- Develop business and go to market plans.
- Develop appropriate revenue sharing deals including both resell, referral and inbound and outbound sales.
- Develop existing relationships.
- Recruit potential partners to align with our growth plans.
- Create Partner Business Plans.
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Create and manage metrics to measure and report on partner effectiveness.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree: (Engineering in Elec. &Communication is an added advantage) and
- MBA (major in Marketing is an added advantage).
Experience :
- Worked in Marketing & Sales Department for at least Minimum of 7 yrs.
- Age must be over 30yrs.
Other Specification :
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
- Language fluency must be in English and Hindi
