Manager - Sales - Carbon Products (8-13 yrs)

Job Description

- Lead the sales and business development of carbon products to the ferro alloy & Aluminum industry in India & Middle East for the company.

- To Improve Market Position and Achieve Financial Results by Selling Products and Services as a part of Solution Selling

- Identify potential new clients via cold calling, building relationships, and create a robust pipeline of opportunities

- Retain Existing Clients by meeting and exceeding customer needs.

- Participate in Industry events, conferences and use the knowledge to identify and develop differentiated products and services working with internal teams.

- Forecasting,Sales Planning (from generating enquiries to sales and collection)

- Technical Support & Complaint Handling with internal teams.

- Participate in Management Review Meetings.

- Prepare business plan, budget, prognoses and business reports including strategy planning, marketing plan and related activity

- Regular reporting of sales activities

- Organizing visit of Organization Carbon experts to customers including technical seminars etc

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Fluent in English, Hindi and local languages

- Knowledge and experience in ferro alloy & Aluminum manufacturing particularly in the carbon

- Excellent Networking Skills with relationships in Target Industry (Sales/Marketing Exposure).

- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.

- Desired candidate will need to be a self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with ability to work in an ERP Environment.

- Excellent Sales Background with an outgoing personality so as to develop relationships and selling value add to the customer.
