Education : PG preferred, min Graduate
Annual CTC : upto 6 Lacs offered
SKILL SET FOR SALES MANAGER / SALES ASSOCIATE :
1. Driving business volumes for selling unsecured, secured and machine loans in assigned markets
2. Sales pitch and sales closures with Promoters and CXOs of SMEs
3. Lead generation through local activities, vendor relations, market mapping / combing etc.
Key Attributes:
1. Good understanding of company financials and basics of finance
2. Good communication skills (oral & written)
3. High energy and drive for results
4. Ability to deal with ambiguity
