Manager - Sales & Business Development - Translation/Localisation/Language Technology (5-10 yrs)
As our new Sales Manager - Translation, you will be a primary contributor to Company overall growth and profitability by building new client relationships and developing those and existing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on selling Translation and Localization services, both domestic and international market.
- Working towards KPI's and revenue targets as set by the Head of Sales.
- Identifying and strategizing to penetrate new market / generating and closing new deals.
- Identify and qualify new prospects and work with Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Operations teams to turn them into clients.
- Coordinate sales efforts to achieve new/existing customer revenue growth target.
- Leverage knowledge of company's services to help target clients meet their objectives.
- Excel at cold-calling, sending engaging emails and presenting solutions that drive new pipeline on company's services and products.
Skills & Expertise:
- 5+ years' successful consultative selling experience in Translation and Localization.
- Fluent in English, with Additional Language knowledge a plus.
- Background and experience of selling large strategic deals.
- Ability to develop sales strategies for key verticals and be able to present a cost-benefit analysis for target client.
- Have strong leadership skills.
- Ability to generate individual high level of sustained sales activity.
- A proven record of increasingly high levels of sales success.
- A proven record of maintaining successful relationships, at an individual level, and with senior management in prospecting and client organizations.
- A university degree is desirable
