Job Description :
Business Development :
1. To promote all range of tiles.
2. To analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive vertical growth, increase turnover and achieve the targets thereby as per the parameters agreed, through dealers / trade management.
3. Identify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
4. To be an eye in his area for productive insights and inputs to Product Management & Promotion team (PMP) and Strategic Pricing Group (SPG).
5. To work closely with trade network, its expansion, dealer development and extract business through them, which will uplift the Value Added or premium segment product sale.
6. To monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures & fine-tune strategies accordingly.
Customer Management :
1. Monitoring dealers' performance and implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets.
2. To conduct the value perception analysis of our customers towards the brand to instill brand loyalty in them.
3. To identify small / medium projects and route that sale through dealers to boost their confidence.
4. Responsible for detailed counter profiling for existing dealers / sub-dealers and assessing their potential for low-end and high-end products.
Creating the brand Pull :
1. Maintain specialized relationships with trade channel and also map their reach in high and medium projects.
2. Maintain specialized relationships with specifiers / Architects and specifying / approving our product through them for small and medium sized projects.
3. Mapping client's requirement, identifying improvement areas & providing solutions.
4. To give inputs to marketing for brand building activities to undertake various promotional measures.
5. Responsible for effective display of product at various dealers counters and auditing / updating them from time to time as per the guidelines given by corporate marketing / product development team.
6. Responsible for effective counter staff training.
Compensation : 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
