Reports to: Global Sales and Business Development Head; Global Sales Head reports to CEO

CTC : US $ 150000-$180000 per annum

Summary:

1. Overall 15-25 Years of experience in International Sales & Business Development preferably Japan & US market.

2. Fluent communication in Japanese Language must.

3. Should be a resident holder of Japan or should have a valid work permit to work in Tokyo Japan.

4. Please note that the client would not sponsor any Visa to Japan.

Essential Skills:

1. Minimum of 15 to 25 years of industry experience.

2. Proven record of sales and business development in Product Engineering Services (embedded systems) is needed.

3. Responsible for business development and marketing for app development services.

4. Ability to forecast in a dynamic fast changing market.

5. High level of Integrity.

6. Highly developed skill and expertise in Customer interaction, communication, negotiation and issue resolution.

7. Strong business, financial and technical skills - demonstrated sales and operations success.

8. Ability to think out of the box to deliver exponential growth, higher than the industry Growth.

9. Plans, organizes, leads and controls sales growth, long-term business relationships and customer satisfaction with a multi-layer focus.

10. Explore new markets, new applications and new customers that align with company strategy.

11. Use professional concepts, through knowledge of products and applications, and company procedures to achieve results.

12. Assess the market and environment of customers and work through resources to formulate solutions.

13. Independently determine approaches and solutions to problems.

14. Effectively utilize and integrate with other organizations to increase productivity Essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Proven record of sales and business development in Product Engineering Services (embedded systems) is needed.

2. Primary responsibility is to increase market share & grow revenues.

3. Responsible for developing new clients and opportunities in addressable & new market segments outside India.

4. Responsible for identifying and developing solutions to address customer needs in specific segments in order to achieve the country growth objectives.

5. Research and build knowledge on specific issues impacting industry & analyses trends.

6. Requires having in-depth understanding of industry and market conditions which drive the apps business.

7. Set goals and objectives based on evaluation of account or industry potential or marketing program plans for specific products and/or industries.

8. Align country sales strategy to global sales strategy in a consultative role to the sales managers/country manager.

9. Would need to closely engage with Product line (PL) representatives to develop revenue growth strategy for the individual PLs in the country.

10. Liaison with industry platforms to build relationships and gain knowledge on specifics policies driving the business scenarios.

11. Will carry the country sales target.

12. The individual will also be responsible for people management activities for the team reporting to him/her.

13. Responsible for developing, establishing, and on-going relationships between the company, strategic partners and customers.

14. Provides business opportunity analysis, assesses potential markets, and develops projects for use in new marketing initiatives.
