- Analyse organization goals, targets and develop executable plan basis forecast.
- Build new customers and accounts for strategic growth.
- Align resources by partnering with sales, operations, category, finance and marketing and other key stakeholders to achieve the plan.
- Define, develop and maintain sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support the business through weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews
- Knowledge of Semiconductor components (Memory, Camera Sensor, PMIC etc.) and the Semiconductor industry.
- Understanding of the semiconductor demand& supply ecosystem and operational challenges.
- Gather market, competition & consumer information about new launch products by reviewing blogger videos, consumer reviews, launch events.
- Tracking upcoming competition launches & new technologies from various sources (websites/portals, etc.) both India & global markets for the smartphone category.
- Market/Customer visits to take feedback/suggestions from brand and camera module partners.
- Discussion and follow up with R&D teams for hardware & software issues, understanding, implementation& tracking progress.
- Build credibility and strong working relationships with decision-makers to persuade them to explore new line-up/price segment opportunities.
