Manager - Sales/Business Development - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)

A cafeteria is necessary
- To start, you need have at least two years of field sales experience (No exception).
- You should be between the ages of 24 and 38.
- Must have own vehicle for transportation.
- Must have lived in the current city for more than 4 years or must have been born and raised in the location mentioned.
- Able to work outside because this is fieldwork rather than office job.
- Finally, be prepared to establish your own network.
Responsibilities and roles:
- Reaching growth and sales objectives
- Help agents feel motivated and trained
- Coordinating lead generation with marketing
- You must finish all tasks with that squad.
- Create leads, cultivate client relationships, and grow on them
- Being at your strongest for fieldwork.
