Manager - Sales & Business Development - IT (8-14 yrs)

Business Development Manager will be responsible to achieve company's revenue goals. This is an end-to-end Sales & Business Development role that needs B2B Consultative selling to US and Europe prospects. This position works closely with the Director of Sales and the CEO, with direct responsibilities of the complete sales cycle including, lead qualification, nurturing leads, proposal making, sales presentations and closing sales for all the target geographies.

- Educational Qualification: BE, BTech, (Computer / IT) or MCA

- Minimum 3 years of experience in deal closures and customer acquisitions with total 8 to 13 years of overall working experience

- Proven track record of Min 2 years of Consultative selling, for B2B market, in US, UK geographies

- Good to have good understanding of Emerging Technologies, like Cloud, Mobile, Analytics - to initiate the right conversations with CTOs and CIOs.

- Ability to engage business and technology decision makers at all levels

- Must have exceptional communication skills - spoken, written and overall presentation skills

Mandatory:

1) Should have done closure in the last 2 years,

2) Should not have done lead generation in the last 2 years,

3) This role, he will focus only on closure, he will get leads and his role would be to convert these leads into business,

4) Should have worked on Digital Transformation (cloud, Business Intelligence, Mobility, Analytics, etc.)

5) Geographies : US, UK, EMEA primarily in US market

6) Domain : Any except Finance and e-commerce (candidates who have worked only for Finance or e-commerce domain will not be considered)

7) Not looking for Pre-sales candidates. should have end to end sales experience

EXPERIENCE : 8 to 14 years (8 years minimum in end to end sales)

CTC : Maximum upto 22 LPA fixed

Will need to travel to US / Europe for deal closures (when situation normalizes)
