Manager - Sales/Business Development - IT (2-3 yrs)

The Business Development Manager will identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to drive growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market segments.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

- Drive sales efforts and lead the sales team to achieve targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Develop and execute sales plans, proposals, and presentations.

- Identify potential partners and alliances to expand business reach.

- Negotiate and manage partnerships, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with business goals.

- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and initiatives.

- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.

- Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Contribute to the development of the company's business strategy.

- Analyze business performance and provide insights for improvement.

- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience (2+ years) in business development

- Experience in IT Product-based sales.
