Manager - Sales/Business Development - Investment/Trading Product (5-8 yrs)
Owner of the end-to-end process of planning, development and design of the product strategy
- Shall be responsible for the purchase and safe of securities for clients at discounted commissions.
- Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.
- Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and deepening relationships with the existing clients
- New Client Acquisition of Trading accounts through Business Partners.
- Developing Implementing Business strategies as per markets scenario.
- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
- Primary owner of the product roadmap working directly with the leadership team
- Prioritise product features with business & customer focused justification
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to drive timely and high-quality feature delivery
- Identifying insights from data and using it for product improvements
- Building a team as and when the business needs grow
