Manager - Sales/Business Development - Financial Services Firm (4-10 yrs)
We are looking to hire a Sales Manager (BD) for a leading diversified financial services group from India. It is one of the market leading securities firms in India serving over 10 lakh clients across both Offline and Online platforms. Through its extensive footprint extending to over 400 cities, the company offers broking services in Equity, Currency and Commodity as well as depository participant services. It is a member of the NSE, BSE, MCXSX, USE and a depository participant with NSDL and CDSL.
Job Description
1. As business development (Sales) team you play a very important role towards the growth of the organization.
2. As part of this role you are responsible for managing the team of Relationship Managers across the region.
3. Meeting the team targets on month on month basis which would include Acquiring customers, identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment solutions through financial planning.
4. Proactive measures to be implemented for getting a larger share of the investment portfolio. Generate high revenues for the organization through various channels.
Key Performance Indicator :
1. Number of Accounts & Margin Collected
2. Sale of Investment products like HI, LI, MF, Bonds, TAMI, structured product etc.
3. Net Revenue Generated from the sourced client in the current FY
4. Team Attrition
Selection Criteria :
1. Good communication (verbal and written) skills
2. Ability to speak in local language and English
3. Strong selling and negotiation skills
4. 4-8 years of relevant experience of sales with proven record
5. Understanding of local market and client base
6. Understand basic computer skills of using email, Microsoft office
7. Post Graduate(S&M) from recognized university or college
