Manager - Sales/Business Development - Coworking Space (9-15 yrs)
Sales Experience in below industries :
Co-working space/Shared work spaces, Real Estate.
1.Prepare annual plans for geographic expansion ,revenue targets & Gross margin targets
Execution of the above
2.Recruitment of team & Management of team
3.Presentation of state of affairs at pre fixed frequency to CEO/COO
4.Maintain good inter functional working relationship
5.Maintain and grow relationship with key IPCs, DPCs and ;large local brokers
Develop a robust partner model.
Desired Candidate profile:
- Experience in Direct Sales (B2B) and Distribution/Indirect sales( Through Channel Partners).
- High energy, Eager learner, Good in numbers engineering, , Confident persona, Great communication skill, Preferable if multiple languages are known beyond English and Hindi, Good presentation skill especially to Senior leaders.
- Passionate about sales. Very number driven , highly responsible and committed to the company's objective , Team player , Maturity that helps mange stress without necessarily transmitting to others.
