Manager - Sales/Business Development - BPO (7-10 yrs)
Occupational Duties:
- Charged with locating and forming customer connections in order to maximise the strategic BPO sales and expansion plan.
- Increase revenue by approaching and acquiring new BPO business as well as expanding to take advantage of untapped income potential with current clients.
- Creates and implements an outbound recruiting strategy for the companies in question
- Control several sales pipelines at once
- Develops short- and long-term action plans to promote organisational culture and client strategies.
- Handle protracted sales cycles that necessitate smart follow-up with prospects in order to preserve connections.
- Evaluate the needs, objectives, and goals of the client's business; match the RPO talent acquisition solutions with the path of the client's business
- Translate customer needs into optimal and thorough solution recommendations to achieve client-specific goals.
