Manager - Sales/Business Development - BFS (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships with agents and brokers.
- Conduct training sessions for agents on product features and sales strategies.
- Assist with quotes, applications, and policy documentation.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
