- Hiring For Sales Manager
- As a Business Development Manager, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the sales of services or goods offered by the company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Train business associate and advisors
- Maintain healthy relationship with all
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business Associate meetings
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
- Keeping a healthy relationship with the current and new customers
- Designing and planning various sales activities
- Sell products and services by convincing the customer
Applicants Requirements :
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- 2 years of working experience as in Sales and Marketing Departments
