Manager - Sales/Business Development - Bank (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales/Business Manager.
Job Roles and Duties :
- Training and coaching financial advisors/Consultants or Distributors
- Evaluating the team members- performance
- Regularly visit the allocated location as and when required
- Understanding the Financial needs and requirements of customers in the given territory
- Presenting to the customer about the product and services offered by the organization
- Meeting the company expectations
- Taking feedback from the customers on a timely basis
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers
Applicants Requirements :
- Qualification : Graduation required in any stream
- Experience : Mini. 2 to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Pharma/Telecom/Education/Consumer Durables
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
- Ability to work well with others and lead a team
