Exciting Opportunity at Business Development Manager- Advertisement Sales | Manager | Transsion Holdings( Tecno , Infinix, Itel)

A) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Lead digital sales initiatives by forging key partnerships, nurturing client relationships, and implementing cutting-edge strategies. Drive revenue growth through market analysis, identifying opportunities, and meeting sales goals.

- Leverage expertise in digital solutions to create value for clients and ensure business expansion.

B) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Hunt new Advertisers on regular basis for branding business and onboard them to promote their digital campaigns on Transsion Mobile Inventory

2) Regular Coordination with China Team for campaigns performance and other day to day operations

3) Responsibility to achieve monthly and yearly revenue Targets

4) Responsible to onboard Digital Agencies for branding

5) Monthly target to onboard 5-7 Direct Advertisers with huge Budgets

6) Conduct market research, collect and sort out information about local digital mobile marketing industry and provide the regular inputs to team.

7) Cooperate with internal operation and product teams to maximize advertisers digital campaign performance

8) Develop and execute Advertiser specific business plans which helps us to get & retain budgets from them

9) Maintain Daily/Monthly Revenue Reports and Campaign performance reports on regular basis and share with Internal Stake Holders

10) Deliver the best engagement for Advertisers and Manage client's satisfactions.

11) Research and onboard New affiliate opportunities and Partners for Direct and exclusive campaigns.

12) Review and perform operational performance analysis and proposes corrective actions.

13) Creating and maintaining an effective planning process with internal and external stake Holders

14) Strategic thinking, well managing of short term-middle term and long-term vision

C) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- 1) Must be a MBA from top tier B - School.

- 2) Must have an Excellent Communication Skills.
