- Create and assist in the process of lead generation to achieve the set targets
- Should be good to manage and grow a strong and continuous pipeline of customers
- Experience in Procuring & shortlisting warehouse
- Technical and commercial evaluation of warehouses
- Define and streamline processes for new revenue verticals
Desired Skills :
- Well versed with Warehousing real estate and market conditions
- Work experience in IPCs preferred
- Knowledge of Location analysis & Planning and Leasing Transactions for warehousing requirements for 3PL Logistics & MNCs
