Job Description :
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a track record of exceeding targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, engaging with customers, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential customers within the B2B segment by conducting 7-10 cold visits every day.
- Educate customers about our products/services and demonstrate their benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly.
Requirements :
- Minimum graduate-level education required.
- At least 1-2 years of field sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is optional.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
