Manager - Sales - Branch Banking (2-10 yrs)
Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities :
1. To acquire New Bank Customers and pursue new business relationships.
2. To reach out to High Net - worth individuals
3. To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with existing customers.
4. Acquire new business by selling Banking products.
5. Finding new customers from open market by travelling within the local area/branch allotted.
6. Reach Sales Target Month on Month.
7. Maintain Customer Relationship with Existing Customers and Pull out more business to the branch.
8.Cold calling for sales from leads provided by company
9. Desk sales from designated branch with little amount of field work
10. Create sales opportunity from walk-in customer
11. Driving and motivating the branch staff along with Bank RM and providing support for logging in applications sourced .
12.Tapping the right database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation .
13.To achieve branch RM activation targets.
14. Work collectively with Bank Sales / operations team and conduct joint sales calls as a team to achieve business nos.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Educational Qualification : Graduation/ Post Graduation
- Experience : 1 - 5 years
- Knowledge Required: Knowledge about Life Insurance industry, preferably in bancassurance sales in Public Sector Bank.
- Behavioral Competencies: Customer Centricity, Result Orientation, Relationship Management, Sales Capability & Problem Solving, Planning & Organizing.
- Skills Required : Effective Communication, Influencing & Negotiation skills.
Other Key Requirements for this Role:
- Age within 38years.
- Candidate should know the local language apart from basic proficiency in English.
- Should be open to travel within the city & outstation.
- Should be able to source business independently.
- Candidates having own conveyance will be preferred.
