Experience - 6-9 years, 2 years individual, 4 years team management. 


Team size : 10-20 direct reportee. 


- We need Team Managers not acting team Managers.

Communication skills - Excellent command in spoken English. Think through, structure the thoughts and communicate crisply.

Industry - BPO (outbound sales of a PUSH Product), Ed-Tech, Insurance, Timeshare, Real estate, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality.

- Responsible for leading and coaching a team of salespeople. 


- A sales manager's tasks often include assigning sales territories, setting quotas, mentoring the members of her sales team, assigning sales training, building a sales plan, and hiring and firing salespeople.


- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
