Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the growth of BLAP products.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, real estate developers, and financial institutions.
- Source leads through Direct Selling Agents (DSA).
- Coordinate with internal departments, including credit and operations, to ensure timely sanctioning and disbursement of loans.
- Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the loan process, including assistance with documentation.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the BLAP market and related financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
