Manager - Sales - BFSI Vertical - IT (4-9 yrs)
Position Enterprise Sales (BFS Vertical)
Nature of work
The individual would be responsible to manage business in the assigned vertical in the northern region thereby achieving the sales targets.
Location New Delhi
Market Top BFS - NBFC, Banking Customers in Gurgaon / Delhi
Reports to Regional Manager - Enterprise
Qualification and Experience
- MBA and/ or engineer with specialization in marketing from an institute of repute.
- 4-6 years of experience of selling S/W products / IT enabled solutions with at least 2 years of software solutions sales experience in BFS vertical.
Skill Set Required
- Strong track record of selling high ticket value-based software solutions.
- Understands buying process cycle of Large NBFC, Digital Payment Organisations, Banking.
- Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition.
- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.
- Strong skills in closing New Sales Deals.
- Experience of working with SIs / Industry Consultants / Partners on large and complex deals.
- Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis.
- Developing relationships at CXO level of customer organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation from New Account.
- Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical.
- Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects
- Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
- Positioning of Newgen products and solutions
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in the segment.
- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends in the industry & achieving market share metrics.
- Building and maintaining a healthy business funnel and ensuring market coverage.
- Enable the team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutions.
Desired Profile
- The ability and knack to establish and maintain relationship with CIO's and CXO's of top accounts in the vertical.
- To position various Newgen products and generate revenue for the organization.
- The ability to support the customer for requirement solution during selling, as well as from post ordering support prospective.
- The ability to assess and understand competitor's strengths and weakness in large bidding process.
