Manager - Sales - BFSI - Life Insurance Vertical (6-8 yrs)
Job Summary :
Responsibility is to enhance business in Agency/Tied channel through efficient handling of Branch. Managing a team of Sales Managers and BAs to ensure accurate functioning of Operations & Branch activities.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Handling the Branch and Sales team i.e. FLS (Front Line Sales)
- To develop the agency channel in the branch and complete the targets
- Skills to identify potential customers
- Driving business of Life Insurance
- Responsible for recruitment & training of FLS
- Ensuring compliance on all branch activities
Required Experience :
Skills and Qualifications :
- Good Communication and Business Promotion skills
- Good in Networking & Relationship building
- Candidate Should be local and having experience of LI agency
- Minimum experience in Life Agency is approx. 6-8 years
- Preferred candidate with good stability
Education : Any Graduate
- Any specialization
