Manager - Sales - BFSI/Insurance (2-5 yrs)
What you'll do :
- Drive Sales Growth : Achieve ambitious sales goals by effectively utilizing assigned leads and generating new business through your efforts.
- Understand Client Needs : Meet with prospective customers, understand their financial goals, and recommend the right insurance solutions to protect their future.
- Build Long-Term Relationships : Develop strong connections with clients, provide outstanding service throughout the customer journey (from initial consultation to claim settlement), and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

What we're looking for :
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience : Strong track record in the BFSI/Insurance sector or similar industry.

- Goal-oriented & Determined : Passion for achieving targets, resilience in the face of challenges, and a strong work ethic.
- Local Market Expertise : Familiarity with Kolkata and the ability to communicate effectively in the local language is a plus.
