Sales Manager Responsibilities
Include:
- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets. (SME Loans)
- Managing a team of Sales Officers.
- Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets.
- Responsible for achieving the monthly business target.
- Taking care of all process and related escalations
- Coordinating with underwriting team for processing of an application.
- Ensure that all the rules & regulations, as well as policy guidelines of the company, are implemented at the unit level.
Job brief
We are looking for individuals who can drive sales in SME lending space. The candidate will be managing a team of Sales Officers, who will be responsible for generating prospective sales leads. The individual will meet all the prospective customers with the objective of explaining the loan products, resolving customer queries and converting the leads to sales. The candidate will also be responsible for driving Sales Officer's productivity and maintaining the desired portfolio mix of sourcing.
Desired Candidates profile:
- Thorough understanding of SME Loans.
- The candidate should have a minimum experience of 2 years in SME Lending.
- The candidate should have an ability to handle sales call independently.
- The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and Personality.
- Leadership skills, Communication skills, Relationship-building skills, Team Playing ability.
Behavioural competencies
- Ability to effectively Understand & communicate the product.
- Good interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport building skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems
- Good knowledge of local language
Education
- Graduate in any discipline
- Postgraduate in business or sales will be preferred
