Manager - Sales - BFSI (3-9 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train a team of agents to boost business growth within the assigned region.
- Create and implement strategies to enhance agent productivity and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Offer ongoing coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to agents to maximize their performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business development opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to help agents reach their sales targets.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3 to 9 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
