Job Description :

We are urgently hiring for the position of Sales Manager . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in the areas of home loans, loans against property (LAP), and mortgage loans. This role involves working closely with our Direct Selling Agents (DSA) to drive sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets for home loans, LAP, and mortgage loans.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and other channel partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on home loans, LAP, and mortgage loans.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively with DSAs and other channel partners.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
