Roles and Duties of the Job:
- Find fresh markets and highly driven financial advisors and consultants.
- Set up frequent team training sessions and business meetings.
- Create enduring relationships with your staff and clients.
- Create leads by cold calling potential clients and using your team.
- Keep an eye on your team's performance and provide appropriate guidance.
Profile of Desired Candidates:
- Any graduate with at least one to four years of sales and marketing expertise in any field; strong interpersonal and communication abilities
