Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve regional sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Maharashtra market.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching and feedback to team members.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in Maharashtra or the surrounding region.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive results and meet or exceed sales goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- A results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
