Key Requirement :
- Source and recruit talented insurance advisors.
- Strategize business growth and product development.
- Train and empower advisors with product and process knowledge.
- Foster strong relationships with insurance partners.
- Plan, execute, and monitor sales activities.
- Provide operational support to ensure smooth business operations.
- Engage in business development activities to attract new advisors.
Who You Are :
- Hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Possess excellent communication and sales skills.
- Own a bike and a valid driver's license.
