Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
- Our role is to find, develop, and assist insurance agents in selling our products.
- Among your duties are to locate and recruit new agents.
Responsibilities :
- Educate agents on our goods and how to market them.
- Aid salespeople in closing deals and resolving client issues.
- Monitor agent performance and provide comments.
- Grow our clientele and clientele base.
- Establish positive rapport with both consumers and agents.
- Ensure that everyone abides by the laws and guidelines.
Requirements :
- A degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.
- Sales experience, particularly in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with the Indian insurance sector.
- Effective people and communication abilities.
- Capacity to collaborate and work independently.
- Skilled in problem-solving and negotiation.
- A driver's license.
