Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
- We are looking for an Insurance Sales Manager to be responsible for managing policy sales and overseeing the sales team.
- The responsibilities of an Insurance Sales Manager include setting and monitoring sales goals, facilitating the professional development of the team, and providing customer support.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, onboard, and train new agents, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Train, mentor, and motivate agents to achieve their sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with agencies to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets by effectively prospecting and qualifying leads.
Requirements :
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Pharma, Telecom, Real Estate, etc.
- Solid understanding of policies and products.
- Leadership and team management skills
- Graduation
- Local Candidate with Own Bike
