- Training & Motivating them
- Driving sales for the company, through insurance advisers
- Goal setting, reviewing and assisting them
- Visit market and find new business opportunities.
- Hire direct sales officer for grow your business.
- Train them motivate them.
- Work as a team leader.
- Give them daily goal for business
- Review daily report of your team
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate must be graduated
- Having best knowledge of team leader
- Having best ability to handle multiple task
- Good communication & Convincing skill
- Candidate having minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing
- For higher position candidate have minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI sector
