Field Sales Manager - BFSI - Telangana
Responsibility :
- Organizing sales visits, bringing new businesses, and aiming to achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to clients on services we offer.
- Create frequent reviews and reports of sales to improve performance.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections if any.
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
- On achieving the monthly target, a 5% incentive for every deal will be provided.
Requirements :
- Min 2 Year of Sales Or Marketing experience in any sector/BFSI
- Good Communication skills
